Juniper is a very aromatic wood which provides a complex bouquet and makes it perfect to accompany cheeses and game meat. Thanks to its particular flavour (will remind you about moss and pine) this product has won various awards worldwide.
Ideal on: Soft and matured cheeses, game (duck, pheasant, rabbit, boar…), lamb, hamburger, hot-dog, cured meat, ice-cream and custard, pancakes, cheesecake, to make long drinks and cocktails…
