Grappa matured in oak barrels, aged in 225 liters French oak barrels.
In its elegant simplicity it holds the whole history and passion for distilling of the Poli family.
Distillates
marc obtained from Merlot and Cabernet grapes
Distillation: artisanal, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots
Aroma: exotic fruit, citron, liquorice, vanilla
Taste: full, rich and wrapping
Alcohol Content: 40% Alc./Vol – 700 ml
Service: at temperature of 18/20 °C – 65/68 °F in a tulip-shaped glass
