Description
The buffalo milk camembert represents the perfect blend between the camembert and the buffalo milk.
The first, known all over the world as the French gastronomic symbol, it has a strong and sweet flavour, whereas the second it’s rich in butterfat and it gives a creamy texture, a fresh smell and an acidic aftertaste.
The buffalo milk camembert is matured for about 15/20 days, after that it can be tasted with some fresh fruit, jams, nut-bread or raisins bread. Otherwise you can simply taste it while drinking a light beer or a delicate sparkling white wine.
